Karthik and I have been waiting to tell y'all this..Karthik and I got married on December 30th, 2005. We are sorry for letting everyone know so late, we just thought it would be better if we waited until we had everything settled. As of last Friday Karthik has officially quit his PHD and moved to Houston. We both decided that we should also wait to tell both our families at the same time. We plan to have a small wedding later in the future.
And now about our marriage....We drove to New Orleans and got married in Jefferson Parish, at the Justice of Peace. I was really surprised it was a really pretty, brand new building. It was at the Jon A. Gegenheimer building. Vernon J. Wilty was the judge who married us. We had a lot of fun going to New Orleans...Here are the pictures of the us getting married!!!
