This is just a quick post to let ya'll know that Karthik and I have arrived safely in Amsterdam this morning. I am waiting in the hotel lobby right now (our room is not ready yet). We were both a little sad to leave India (of course for Karthik it was a lot harder). However, I can't wait to explore the city. It looks really neat! I'll make sure I take lots of pictures and post them as soon as possible. Well since our trip is almost up I'm sure I'll be talking to y'all soon! Just in case some one needs to contact us we are staying at the Hotel Arena in Amsterdam. On a more exciting note Karthik and I went ahead and did a 3D ultra sound since it only cost $20 dollars in India. Of course the baby was not cooperating with the doctor. He insisted on turning his head so we could only get one good side. But it was really neat because Karthik and I could see him opening and closing his eyes and mouth. Karthik is a little disappointed because the thinks the baby has his nose but I think the baby's nose (and Karthik's) are just fine. g

How can you tell? He looks like a baby with someone pinching his cheeks together to me! Isn't it exciting though to be able to actually see him! fascinating! Ya'll have fun but hurry on home! You are MISSED.
Yeah as soon as I saw him I said he looks just like Karthik too (just with fat cheeks). We are having a lot of fun in Amsterdam. Today we are going to take some tours and visit some museums. Tonight Juliane (my high school friend from Germany) is coming so I'm really excited!
I think the fat cheeks come from uncle Edward ;) Sooo, you told me a month. Its been a month and one day. Geeez, what are your kids gonna say when you pick them up. Anyway, have fun. Call me when you get back to this side of the ocean.
